We all have been bullied by someone or have bullied someone at least once in our life especially during our school and college days. The people who bully usually don’t get it but they can hurt and scar the person for their entire life. Right from the high school to offices, bullies have tried to rule and spread their terror. We hate our bullies and can never forgive them for ruining our self-esteem. The same happened with this kid named Keaton Jones. His mother posted a heart-wrenching video of him crying and talking about his bullies. The video went viral and celebrities replied to him. The young student from Knoxville, TE was bullied in his school and broke down while informing about it to his mother.
Keaton said “They make fun of my nose. They call me ugly. They say I have no friends.” He was crying in the video posted by his mother, Kimberly, who recorded it after Keaton had to be picked up from school to avoid lunchtime bullies. Though he goes on to detail how he and other children at his school are teased and tormented, he gives a message of encouragement, and ends the video by telling all victims of bullying that “it’ll probably get better one day.”
This heartbreaking powerful video gained the attention of thousands of people that included some famous celebrities. Right from Justin Beiber to Donal Trump to Mark Ruffalo celebrities across the board have rallied around Keaton. Though it began as a campaign for peace, which included at least two GoFundMe accounts aimed at helping the Jones family, it has now become shrouded by scandal after several apparently-racist social media posts by Kimberly Jones were uncovered, and speculations were leveled that she had encouraged her son to use racial slurs against his peers. Their beautiful response shows how they support him and are supporting him in ways they can. Some invited him to their talk show while some said him to Dm them and talk to them as a friend.
